One of the villages to be found around the base of Bredon Hill, Bricklehampton is centrally placed between two main paths leading to the top of the hill. At the summit of the hill are the remains of earthworks from an Iron age fort which is believed to have been abandoned in the 1st century A.D. after a considerable battle. From here you can see a vast panorama of the Vale of Evesham from Broadway Hill and the Cotswolds to the Malverns and Wales – on a clear day we can see the Severn Bridge!. We have a good knowledge of the walks around and over the hill. Some of these have been documented to enable guests to get the best out of their stay.
